Hustle up the Hancock

Thanks to Megan's injury, she could not participate in the Hustle up the Hancock this year. She knew I wanted to and allowed me to take her spot on the Jenner & Block team this morning. I did complete all 94 floors and 1632 stairs...I hit every single one! Here is the proof! I hope I have the chance to do it again next year.

Saturday night in Chicago

We spent the night in Chicago at Megan & Mikes house. We had a great time playing with Bristow (their yellow lab), and had a fun dinner at Ed's!

After going to visit Dr. Leslie (just a follow up for Sam's pneumonia) we went to the mall where Luc got a much needed haircut.

Sam won a drawing at her school on Valentine's Day. Her prize? Well, let's just say we must have needed another stuffed animal in the house!

2 days in Kenosha

Samantha just got home from two days and a night in the Hospital in Kenosha. She has pneumonia (second time this winter), and was very dehydrated. She is much better, but still coughing away. She will be taking 4 chewable pills a day for the next 10 days...here she is in her bed.

Luc's 1st time bowling

Luc had a bowling class on Thursday and did really great---he rolled an 83!!! Ok, the bumpers were in the ally, but still---

Snowstorm

...did I mention it was snowing...AGAIN!!! I think it has finally stopped (although I am a few hours short of my meteorology degree). We received about 12"...so, to all the Byrnes' East of here...watch out...here it comes!
